“Best Hand In The Game” Air Jordan 1 Collection Releases on May 1st

The Best Hand In The Game collection shows off four new iterations of the classic Air Jordan 1. All four will have the classic Jordan 1 black toe blocking, with each separate colorway representing a different milestone in Jordan’s career.

The Clay Green edition is meant to remind of MJ’s accomplishments—Offensive Player of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, Championships and Hall of Fame induction—with a full house graphic on the insole.

The Track Red colorway is an homage to Jordan’s six championships, with a six-of-a-kind graphic on the right insole as a nod to just how impossible such a feat was.

The Yellow Ochre colorway celebrates MJ’s five MVP awards with its royal flush insole.

The Blue Moon edition is a nod towards Jordan’s 14 straight All-Star Game appearances and features a straight flush on the right insole.

Not all colorways will be available in every region—here’s where you’ll have to look for each one:

Clay Green: North America, Greater China

Track Red: Greater China, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, Latin America

Yellow Ochre: Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, Latin America

Blue Moon: North America

All colorways will be $160 USD and will release on Nike.com and other Jordan Brand stockists.

Our Curated List of Mother’s Day Gifts

You didn’t think we’d forget, would you? Mother’s Day is just around the corner—don’t wait until the last minute to get your mom something. It’s easy to pop down to the nearest Bed Bath and Beyond or similar and just get something, but for those with a bit more discerning taste, here are our picks:

BC Footwear Breezy Open-Toe Bootie

BC Footwear has been on our radar for a while now. They’ve got a youthful, hippie-ish California style that’s incredibly easy to wear. Great spring-summer shoes for the young at heart. As a bonus, they’ve got vegan options for those who like to shop cruelty-free.

Estee Lauder Doublewear

The bottle may look plain but don’t let that fool you—this full coverage foundation delivers in every respect. It goes on easy, looks great, and, best of all, it feels good on your skin. It even stays on in humid weather or if you’re sweating, which is a plus for active moms.

Amazon Echo 2nd Gen

There’s a lot of smart speakers out there now but the Echo pretty much beats them all. Alexa is still the best voice assistant for smart home control, and only continues to get better. Both the tech-averse and the tech-savvy will appreciate how easy it is to use. This baby is a bargain, and even comes in 5 different finishes to fit almost any modern home.

Le Creuset Signature Dutch Oven

We’ve got some pretty fond memories because of these. Back in the day our own moms would serve up casseroles, beef stews, or brisket in them—it seemed like when the Le Creuset came out, the best dishes were soon to follow. Plus, look at that beautiful pink color! It’s gorgeous.

Kate Spade Solid Gold Bangle

Simple and elegant. Less is more with this bracelet from Kate Spade—its lack of embellishment is its strong point, making it easy to pair almost any outfit.

Bonus: CeraVe Hydrating Micellar Water

This one might not be great as a gift on its own but it’s a fantastic add-on to anything you’re already planning to get. Why? Because this stuff is basically liquid gold if your skin is even the teensiest bit sensitive, making it a great first cleanser for makeup. The no-rinse formula just makes it even better.

Pirelli to Debut New Hypersoft Tire at Formula One Monaco

Pirelli, Formula One’s official tire partner, is unveiling its latest tire compound; the hypersoft. It is said to be the fastest tire in racing history, and shall be colored pink after a poll was held by Pirelli on social media. Based on F1 guidelines, each driver must use one set of hypersofts for the qualifying race and save a set of each supersoft and ultrasoft for the race. Each team then chooses the remaining 10 of 13 sets for use for the rest of the weekend as they see necessary to win. The all-new tires replace the purple ultrasoft as the softest option available.

Pirelli predicts using the hypersofts will result in 0.7 – 0.8 second faster laps in Monaco. According to Formula One, “The current qualifying lap record is 1 minute and 12.178 seconds, which was set by Kimi Raikkonen when the Ferrari driver took pole position for last year’s race.”

The hypersofts will be available for the first Grand Pix weekend in the May F1 Monaco race, and should you have a proxy to purchase, you may send your sets to your MSB Europe address.
